Rules for buying and selling goods, delivery and return
These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when you purchase goods in the Biofabrikas online store
The moment of conclusion of the purchase-sale contract
The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded from the moment you press the "Confirm" button in the online store, after creating the shopping cart, specifying the delivery address, choosing the payment method and familiarizing yourself with the rules.
Buyer's rights
The buyer has the right to buy goods in the electronic store in accordance with these rules and the procedure established by the electronic store.
The buyer has the right to refuse the contract for the purchase and sale of goods with the electronic store within seven working days, except for the cases when the contract is concluded for: audio and video works and phonograms in any video and audio media, supply of computer programs, when the user violates the protection of the packaging; supply of newspapers, magazines or other periodicals; participation in games or lotteries; in other cases, when the contract of purchase and sale cannot be refused, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Responsibilities of the buyer
The buyer must pay the agreed amount for the goods.
If, during the delivery of the goods, the buyer refuses to accept the goods for no good reason or specifies the wrong address in the order, he must cover the costs of the delivery of the goods, regardless of the value of the goods. Covered transport costs depend on the weight of the goods (up to five kilograms, the buyer must cover five euros, from five to ten kilograms - ten euros, from ten to fifty kilograms - fifteen euros).
By using the online store, the buyer agrees to these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them.
When paying for the goods, the buyer must indicate the order number.
Seller's rights
The seller has the right, in the event of important circumstances, to temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the electronic store without notifying the buyer in advance.
The seller can unilaterally change the terms of these rules.
The seller has the right to cancel the order if the buyer does not pay the agreed amount within seven calendar days after choosing the payment method "in advance to the bank account".
Responsibilities of the seller
Create all conditions for proper use of the services provided by the electronic store.
Deliver the goods ordered by the buyer to the address specified by the buyer, within the agreed delivery period in the manner agreed with the buyer.
In case of important circumstances, if the seller cannot deliver the selected item, the seller undertakes to offer another item, and if the buyer refuses to accept the other item, to return the money to the buyer's bank account within seven working days.
Delivery of goods
The goods are delivered by the seller or a representative authorized by the seller.
During the delivery of the goods, the buyer together with the seller or an authorized representative must check the condition of the shipment.
If damage to the shipment is noticed, the buyer must not accept the shipment and write it in the delivery document.
Returning items
The return of items takes place in accordance with the 2001 June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 "On approval of rules for return and exchange of items".
The returned item must be fully assembled and in its original packaging intact.
The buyer pays for the return of the goods, except in cases where the goods are returned due to the quality of the goods. Goods are returned to the address provided by the seller.
If a low-quality product is returned, the seller undertakes to replace it with a quality product, and if the seller does not have the specified quality product, the amount paid for the product will be returned.
Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for his actions performed using the electronic store.
The seller is not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the buyer accesses these websites through the links in the electronic store.
In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the losses incurred.
Sending information
Messages and questions are sent to the e-mail address specified in the information about us.
The seller sends information to the buyer to the e-mail address specified during the order.
Final provisions
These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved according to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania
