- Vitamin B1 is necessary for normal heart function.

Ingredients: magnesium and potassium citrate, calcium citrate, fish oil powder (omega-3 fatty acids), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc citrate, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).

Instructions for use: Mix with food or water.

Recommendation for splitting the packet in half:
pour the powder on a flat surface and divide the powder into two parts. Use up to 3 months. Available twice a year.
